Mister Palmisano asked whether the legislature would return on April 7 and whether another extender might be required; the sponsor said another extender was possible if a final budget had not been negotiated.
The clerk read the final section, the vote was recorded (Ayes 141, Nays 0), and the extender took effect immediately.
