Huntington’s Community Reinvestment Agency unanimously approved two budget measures at a brief meeting June 18, 2025, voting 5-0 to adjust the fiscal 2025 CRA budget and to adopt the CRA’s fiscal year 2026 budget.
The meeting convened at 7:49 p.m. at the city office building, 20 South Main Street, with Mayor Leonard Norton presiding. Recorder Jenene Hansen reported that Mayor Norton and council members Gloria Wilson, Judd Beagley, Devin Wilson, Lesa Miller and Tom Kay were present.
Council Member Gloria Wilson moved to approve the minutes of the February 19, 2025 CRA meeting; Council Member Judd Beagley seconded and the motion carried. The council then considered Resolution 9-2025, described in the agenda as an adjustment to the 2025 fiscal-year Community Reinvestment Agency budget. Council Member Gloria Wilson moved to approve the resolution; the motion was seconded and passed on a roll-call vote in which all five members voted aye.
Separately, Council Member Judd Beagley moved to approve Resolution 10-2025, the CRA fiscal budget for 2026. Council Member Lesa Miller seconded, and the council adopted the measure by a 5-0 roll-call vote. The minutes do not specify dollar amounts or line-item changes for either resolution.
Council Member Lesa Miller moved to adjourn; Council Member Devin Wilson seconded. The meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
