Finally, the board set a public hearing for Monday, June 30, at 6:00 p.m.; a commissioner amended the motion to include the 6:00 p.m. time, and the motion carried unanimously.

The special meeting adjourned and the board reconvened at 7:00 p.m. for its regular meeting.
