The board dispensed with the reading and adopted the amended Article IV on a motion by Supervisor Brian Fricke, seconded by Supervisor Erika Petersen; the voice vote carried.
Separately, the board adopted the revised food-truck policy dated March 3, which Chairman Hartzheim reviewed as containing the highlighted changes discussed at prior meetings. The minutes record a motion by Fricke, seconded by Petersen to adopt the policy; the motion carried by voice vote.
Chairman Hartzheim also presented an amended Article VI (Peddlers, Solicitors, Canvassers and Transient Merchants) to establish fees for temporary food vendors: $200 for an initial food-truck inspection and $50 for each additional day in the same calendar year. The board dispensed with the reading of Article VI and forwarded the ordinance for a second reading and adoption at a future meeting.
