Member Jason Bath disclosed a family interest in Bath Lumber and abstained from the second vote; the motion carried with one abstention.
On a separate action the board unanimously approved CAP 011-25, awarding a $3,308 grant to the McGill Historic Drug Store. Executive Director Kyle Horvath told the board staff recommended full funding and Member Janet VanCamp disclosed that she and her sister serve on the McGill Historic Drug Store board but stated they receive no financial or personal gain from the grant.
Other routine business included approval of the meeting agenda and the June 24, 2025 minutes; motions to approve both carried.
