Attachment A in the packet provides a detailed project budget, listing items such as mobilization & traffic control ($140,000), base rock/paving/striping ($217,000), electrical work ($205,000), sewer piping/connect ($140,000) and new septic/drainfield ($120,000). The agreement includes standard terms about prevailing wage compliance, equipment use, conversion and replacement land requirements, and audit/inspection rights.
