The commission approved replacement windows at 223 Franklin Road, a wood picket front-yard fence at 1005 Evans Street, storefront door replacements at 127 2nd Avenue North, in-kind siding and trim repairs at 800 Fair Street, a two-bay garage-door reconfiguration at 321 3rd Avenue South, and a site-and-signage package for a Williamson County EMS station at 110 Alders Gateway subject to staff conditions.
