"About 25% of the way through Contract is up in July," the Staff member said, adding that much of the remaining work consists of documentation and assessment rather than on-the-ground labor. The staffer said photographs of completed work will be shared with commissioners and that staff will provide updates as the next maintenance contract approaches.
No formal decisions or new funding allocations were made during the meeting; staff will provide photographic documentation over the summer and brief the commission on subsequent contracting steps.
