The Wyoming City Council on Sept. 16 approved a resolution to amend the comprehensive plan land use map for certain properties in Section 8, describing the change as a text-only correction rather than a rezoning.
Staff (Mister Wecht) told council and the planning commission reviewed the item and confirmed no zoning changes were proposed. "To be clear, it's only a text error. We are not rezoning anything," Wecht said. Council members had no questions and moved to approve Resolution 25 0 9 88.
Member Anstead moved the motion; Member Lugar seconded, and the council approved the resolution by voice vote.
