The board then moved to enter executive session "to discuss security procedures relating to the township as permitted by 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(8)." The meeting recessed for executive session at 7:04 p.m. and reconvened at 7:18 p.m.; the public meeting adjourned at 7:19 p.m.
