The board discussed schedule impacts, noting Reach 2 has proven challenging due to railroad and stormwater coordination; staff said the team is roughly two years behind the originally discussed timetable for that reach but that other reaches have been completed. Chair Moore moved and the board approved the funding authorization for the Reach 2 design and construction services.
