Biloxi — During the Feb. 24 meeting the Biloxi City Council considered a series of facility rental resolutions and other consent items, approving several reductions for nonprofit events, rejecting one motion for lack of a second and tabling another item for clarification.

A proposed rental agreement for the Gulf Coast Running Club at the Point Cadet Pavilion failed to gain a second and therefore did not pass.
