The board approved the First Concord Benefits Group Flexible Benefits Plan 2026 Amendment (moved by Daniel Lynch, seconded by Timothy Higgins) and authorized the Fidlar Technologies Life Cycle Agreement, delegating signature authority to Register of Deeds Jennifer Schleusener. The board also authorized donation of surplus emergency light bar equipment and approved the manager application for Brenda Schroeder related to a Farmers Cooperative Association liquor license at 35885 Ravenna Road, Ravenna, Nebraska.
Bids for a County Health Benefit Consultant were read aloud (Wilson Partners; Holmes Murphy; Nebraska Association of County Officials; Gallagher Benefits Services; Caravus) and referred to the Human Resources/Insurance Committee for review with recommendations expected at the April 28 meeting.
