At one point during the exchange a participant told the chair, "I'm not gonna be here next week," indicating at least one member will be absent at the rescheduled time. The chair asked whether members objected to starting at 6 p.m. instead of 6:30 p.m.; there was no objection recorded.
Following the scheduling exchange the chair closed the meeting. "We're adjourned," the chair said, and the meeting ended without further action scheduled that evening.
