Board recognizes students, coaches and My FCS Academy participants

The district recognized participants in the fourth year of My FCS Academy, a monthly program designed to help community members learn district operations. A presenter described the program as “a behind the scenes look at how the district operates,” listing participants and thanking them for their time. Several attendees shared brief takeaways, including learning about school resource officer duties and school financials.
The recognitions concluded with group photos and brief remarks from staff and parents. The acknowledgments served as the public-facing opening to a meeting that later shifted to routine business and instructional discussions.
