- 11C (1808 Waukegan Road): first consideration of an ordinance (final site plan review and preliminary architecture/landscaping/lighting) for Lago by Fabio Viviani; motion carried by roll call (unanimous).
- 11D (Zoning waiting period): first consideration and approval of a text amendment to impose a two-year waiting period for substantially similar reapplications following denial of a zoning variation; motion carried by roll call (unanimous) with added clarifying language.
- 11E (Mural grant): resolution approving a grant agreement with LISC to accept $125,000 from Cook County Arts for a downtown mural; motion carried by roll call (unanimous).
Votes were recorded verbally by roll call; where individual trustee responses were captured they were read by the clerk in sequence and recorded as 'Yes' during each roll call. No roll-call dissent or abstentions were recorded on these agenda items during the meeting.
