Madera County board approves deferred off-site improvements for Daryl's Mini Storage after debate over cost and safety

"Certain elements of the improvement on Avenue 12 will also be deferred until development in the area necessitates...the applicant will have 18 months to complete the improvements from the time they are notified by the county," Tyburski said, explaining the agreement establishes an 18-month clock once the road is placed in the fee program.
