Quill Awards and journalism
District advisers and students were recognized for four Quill Awards at Adelphi University press day, including the district’s first broadcast Quill award for a student-produced package and strong print placements. Athletics recognitions
Coaches and administrators recognized winter teams across sports. The girls basketball team was noted as Suffolk County Class A champions and Long Island finalists; wrestling honors included a state champion and multiple all-county performers.
