Councilman Gossett made the motion and Councilman McCall seconded. The roll call vote was recorded as ayes from Councilmen Gossett, Hansen, McCall and Bridal; the chair announced the motion passed 4‑0 and the council recessed at 5:52 p.m. No discussion of the closed‑session items was held in public and no further public action was taken at the work meeting before the recess.
