Council approves consent agenda and ratifies boards and commissions appointments, 6-0

The clerk reported approved appointees for various bodies including the Arts Commission (incumbent Holly Hughes and Tanya Kadena Sahagin), LTAC and ALTEK appointees (Natalia Montalavo, Jesse Olsen, Tovah Reed), Parks (Whitney Neggenbauer, Manny Ocampo, Tiani Howell) and Planning (Kevin Kiernan, Jonathan Morales). The Landmark Preservation Board received insufficient applications and will be reopened for recruitment.
Council took no other formal action beyond approvals and ratifications at these points; staff said appointed members will be onboarded.
