On April 8 the Everett City Council approved multiple agenda items by roll-call vote, including a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute the 2026 HUD grant agreement, adoption of special improvement project ordinances for Evergreen Way and Dorn Avenue, and a revised 2026 budget appropriation.
