Board authorizes Economic Development Director to enroll in PDI Connect; Blood Run dates announced

Economic Development Director Jen Smit asked the Board to approve and sign the PDI Connect application. Smit said the first year of the program is free and most sessions are online, with two required in‑person sessions. The Board authorized the chairman to sign the application on a motion by Supervisor Altena, seconded by Supervisor Vanden Bosch; the motion carried unanimously.
Smit also informed the Board that annual Blood Run events are scheduled for May 13 and May 14. No additional funding was requested for either item at the meeting.
