Supervisors asked clarifying questions about regulatory timelines and potential land use impacts but did not take additional action beyond approving submission.
If accepted by the Corps, a mitigation bank could allow developers or agencies to purchase stream credits to offset impacts elsewhere, though project financing, service area boundaries and long‑term monitoring requirements would be determined through the Corps review and subsequent agreements. The County did not adopt any binding conservation easements or financial commitments beyond authorizing the prospectus submission.
