Staff said the signature file presented to the mayor reflects four structures on four lots rather than five. Staff estimated the total project cost at about $800,000 and said roughly $160,000 was removed from the investment total to account for the missing unit.
Council moved and seconded the resolution; the motion carried 6-0.
