At its March 2, 2026 meeting, the Stilwell City Council approved the consent agenda that included routine financial items and a contract renewal for senior center meals.
The consent vote covered blanket purchase orders totaling $71,906.00 and payment of claims including $254,627.12 from Fund 10 (General), $73,862.00 from Fund 20 (Capital Improvement) and $588.75 from Fund 30 (Street & Alley). February 2026 payroll of $270,286.80 was approved. The council also approved renewal of the contract with DOCServices for Senior Center meals for the period July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 with no change to contract terms.
Councilmember Debbie Johnson moved to approve the consent agenda; Councilmember Lane Kindle seconded. Votes recorded in favor were Barrett Harris, Debbie Johnson, Jim Spray and Lane Kindle; motion carried 4-0.
