The council also approved a recommended increase in pay to $17 per hour for Tara Lanning and David Quintero effective Nov. 24, 2025 (5-0). A recommendation to hire Grayson Harmon full time at $14 per hour was discussed but received no action. Nicole Ames was approved for full-time employment at $17 per hour with benefits effective Dec. 1, 2025, and Melinda Garrett was approved for part-time employment at $17 per hour effective Dec. 1, 2025; both motions passed 5-0.
