Stilwell council approves multiple hires, transfer and interim appointment after executive session

A separate personnel vote approved hiring Megan Hill as a temporary part-time employee at the fire department and city hall at $14.00 per hour for a maximum of 30 hours per week, passing 4–1 with Councilmember Lane Kindle voting no.
