Committee member Debbie Johnson then moved to increase the Administration — Current LTD City Hall account (#17-01-800500) by $20,000; Committee member Jim Spray seconded and the motion carried on the same recorded 5-0 vote.
The board also approved scheduling a working session, in conjunction with the Stilwell City Council, on the proposed FY 2025-2026 budget for Monday, May 12, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.; that motion was recorded as contingent on the city council meeting and was moved by Committee member Jim Spray and seconded by Committee member Debbie Johnson. The authority set a public hearing on the proposed budget for 5:30 p.m. Monday, June 2, 2025, followed by a June special meeting; that motion was moved by Committee member Jim Spray and seconded by Committee member Barrett Harris and carried by recorded votes.
