Drainage trustees receive Oliver Lake update; February drainage claims approved

Clerks Amy Borchardt-Sick and Ashley Brown were present for drainage business. Schrader provided an informational update on the Oliver Lake Lateral 1 project; the update did not result in any formal action at the trustees’ meeting. Following the update, trustees approved the February drainage claims in a recorded motion by Chairman Bo Fox, seconded by Supervisor Vince Phillips; the motion passed with recorded ayes from Fox, Phillips and Brouillette.
The trustees’ minutes indicate the Oliver Lake update was for information; any subsequent project steps or requests for funding were not recorded in the meeting minutes.
