Staff told Jefferson that, if the timing required it, the commission could hold a special meeting for a quicker review once estimates and photographs were submitted. Jefferson said he would provide the requested material and preferred a prompt revisit, citing his planned move-in timeline.
The commission emphasized a preference for solutions that keep the house's exterior close to its original appearance when feasible, and directed staff and the applicant to work on a plan and return with the documentation requested.
