The Tulsa Public Schools Board approved a consent agenda on Nov. 17 that included ratification of the 2025–26 Tulsa Classroom Teachers Association (TCTA) Master Contract.
Superintendent Dr. Ebony Johnson and Shawna Mott-Wright, president of the Tulsa Teachers Credit Union, presented highlights of the updated Teacher Master Contract during opening items. The board then approved the consent agenda, which encompassed the TCTA ratification along with personnel, procurement, and program items; the initial motion to approve the consent agenda was moved by John Croisant, seconded by Calvin Moniz, and carried 7-0.
The consent package also included routine staffing items, adjunct teacher appointments, a renewal agreement with Western Governors University to place student teachers and administrative interns, and other personnel and operational approvals.
The board did not read extended details of contract provisions into the public record at the meeting; the presentation highlighted updates to the Master Contract as part of the Superintendent’s remarks.
