A motion to approve the case passed.
Jared Marsham, treatment court district manager, asked to use opioid-fund dollars to send six District 6 employees to a Boise conference run by the Idaho Supreme Court. Marsham said registration is free and requested only modest hotel and dinner coverage; commissioners approved the request.
Buddy Romerill, Public Works assistant director, requested approval to rent a tanker trailer from Idaho Asphalt for road work; he said the county typically rents the equipment each season at about $5,000 for 30 days and would continue to evaluate the cost of purchasing spare equipment. The board approved the rental agreement.
