Shiawassee County delegates enforcement of certain county-issued zoning permits to Hazelton and Venice townships

The resolution directs transfer of any escrow accounts, security bonds or other financial security held by the county for those permits to the appropriate township. It also states, subject to applicable Michigan law, that county-issued permits in those areas will be considered legal nonconforming uses under the township ordinances.
