Court staff said they have updated application pages and the county website with an email and phone number for submissions and requested the court set a clear rule that filing is contingent on the payment of required fees. The court agreed to review the updated procedures at a meeting prior to the next regular session.
In other routine business the court approved budget transfers and accepted the JP4 reports for January–March. The court recorded approval of cybersecurity and safety training completions for named employees and approved county employees to attend the county elections academy. A committee member also noted ongoing litigation settlements that are expected to produce modest receipts and the court approved acceptance of those settlement amounts.
