Bath Council approves Colliers survey and trailhead contracts and legal support for MS4 project

Council also authorized Salzmann Hughes, P.C. to provide legal services for the borough’s MS4 capital project — including preparing a debt ordinance, LGUDA proceedings and required advertisements — funded by the Stormwater Authority's Pennvest loan, at a cost of $17,250. That motion likewise passed on a unanimous vote.
In personnel business, council authorized the borough manager to engage a recruiting firm to identify candidates for an Administrative Coordinator; the Clerk position will be deactivated once the Administrative Coordinator is hired. The recruitment fee is contingency-based. All these actions passed with unanimous support.
