The Board of Supervisors approved the consent agenda 3–0 on Feb. 9, which included routine financial and administrative items and a bills list totaling $2,587,139.07.
Manager Valla reviewed the consent items: payment of the bills list; approval of January meeting minutes; authorization to advertise bids for 2026 projects; adoption of resolutions (bank signatories and snow emergency) and administrative items including a change order and payment certificates for the 2025 road program. The consent agenda also included action to affirm termination of the police services contract with Sesame Place/SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment LLC; staff said the township maintains a positive working relationship with Sesame Place and expects ongoing cooperation as negotiations continue.
Supervisor (speaker 12) moved to approve the consent agenda and the motion passed unanimously. Public comment included praise for under‑budget road work and acknowledgement of savings related to pension manager fee renegotiations.
