The commission also approved motions to reopen the estates of Edith Patricia Keenan (requested by Randy Keenan, administrator) and Linda Mae Miller (requested by Executor Robert J. Miller Jr.), with the minutes recording that Kathy Anderson is to serve secondarily as Executrix without bond due to pending litigation.
Separately the commission approved the Sheriff’s Office announcement that K-9 Dakota, who had served since April 2017, is retiring.
