Alder by the Boys & Girls Club (Alder to Pioneer St.), an Indiana Ave./Kentucky Ave. LID retrofit previously designed under a Department of Ecology grant, the annual overlay program, and the city’s pedestrian improvement program.
The hearing opened at the scheduled time, and Mayor Matthew Hartman solicited public testimony; no members of the public signed up to speak and no written comments were submitted to the clerk. After council discussion of project priorities and the program list, Councilmember Griggs moved to adopt the resolution; Councilmember FitzGerald seconded and the motion carried.
Why it matters: the Six‑Year TIP is the city’s prioritized list for street, sidewalk and pedestrian improvements and guides capital planning and grant-seeking for the next six years.
