Fire interlocal agreement: The council moved and approved Resolution 2026 (Johnson Valley Volunteer Fire Department Interlocal Agreement Amendment), the first amendment to the long-standing interlocal cooperation agreement originally referenced from 02/1959; council members praised staff work on the clarified language.
Landscaping/occupancy agreement: In one public-comment action, the council agreed to allow Ron Christiansen temporary occupancy provided he sign an agreement, provide receipts that demonstrate landscaping purchases, and complete exterior landscaping by June 1.
