Drew also reported the transfer of telephone customers to a new SIP-based telephone offering and said IPTV community days are ongoing to support customer questions.
"Plan is to be completed with construction next week or 2," Drew said of the overhead-to-underground work, and he noted remaining landscaping and grading may return crews in the spring.
Why it matters: Utility projects affect service reliability and future capacity. The production-well conversion and raw water improvements bear on water supply capacity; completion of the sewer rehabilitation project and other upgrades reduce near-term infrastructure risk.
