He told the committee the road alignment essentially sits on Northern Pacific Center property, and Boldenmink’s work is intended to create a clear legal description for the right-of-way and utilities.
A committee member moved to approve the $925 proposal; the Chair seconded and members present voted to carry the motion. Staff will proceed with the legal description as presented.
