The Larimer County Planning Commission approved its February 2026 meeting minutes and a three-item consent agenda during a brief April 15 meeting, Chair Lisa Chollet said. The commission took no public comment and did not pull any items for discussion.
The consent agenda included the Dory Family Trust subdivision and appeal (file 24-Land4421), the Umshan LLC short-term rental special review (file 25-Zone3824) and the Leipold rezoning (file 25-Zone3826). Under the commission’s procedures, items on the consent agenda generally receive no staff presentation or public testimony unless a commissioner or a member of the public requests removal; no such requests were made.
A commissioner moved to approve the February minutes, and a subsequent motion to approve the consent agenda carried by roll call. Planning manager Jenny Axmaker, who led staff introductions, told attendees staff is working on options to simplify RSVPs for future meetings and encouraged continued RSVP participation to help confirm quorum.
The meeting concluded after a brief staff report; Chair Chollet adjourned the meeting.
