Supervisors seek more bids for courthouse cupola repair; approve Johnson Controls work from building fund

Separately, the board approved a Johnson Controls service agreement to be paid from the building fund. The motion to fund the Johnson Controls repair from the building fund passed by roll call with supervisors voting aye. No dollar amount for the Johnson Controls work was stated on the record.
Supervisors also noted other building-maintenance items and the need to determine warranties, materials and manufacturer specifications before final contracting decisions were made.
