Applicant/builder Jamie (S10) told the board he had refreshed the file with updated elevations and that water and sewer capacity had been reviewed previously; he said a final pressure test of the sewer/water line will be performed before closing. Board members asked questions about rear decks, bedroom counts and exterior materials; Jamie said each unit would be three bedrooms with two-and-a-half bathrooms and vinyl siding as shown on the elevations.
The board made and seconded a motion to accept the final elevations as record documents for the site plan; the motion passed by voice vote. Jamie said he expects to coordinate with town staff (including Ross Lemanski) on permit filings and anticipated that site work would start this spring once closing and remaining tests are complete.
Next steps: the applicant will complete required utility tests, submit any final building-permit materials and coordinate commencing site work with town staff.
