Clerk Laurie Thornberry said the notice was posted at the location for the required period and that she had "not received any departmental or public objections or comments" regarding the application. The board opened the public hearing, received no public speakers, and moved to recommend approval to the state agency. The vote was unanimous.
The recommendation is advisory; final licensing authority lies with the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. No operational conditions or special restrictions were discussed at the meeting.
