Altoona council re-approves Spring Creek Ridge North Plat 2 and approves Plat 4

Community Development Director John Shaw said the developer requested re-approval of the Spring Creek Ridge North Plat 2 and final approval of Spring Creek Ridge North Plat 4. Councilmember Evans moved approval of both items, each subject to the developer meeting identified deficiencies.
Both motions passed by roll call votes of 5-0.
