The Garfield County Board of Commissioners approved the posted meeting agenda and voted to participate in the FAA Environmental Mitigation Pilot Program during their March 18, 2026 session.
Chair Kelly Witt called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. Commissioner Jerry Collins moved to approve the agenda; Vice-Chair Carla McWilliams seconded the motion, which carried. Later in the meeting Collins moved and McWilliams seconded a motion to approve the FAA Environmental Mitigation Pilot Program (EMPP); the board recorded all in favor and the motion carried.
Collins moved to adjourn at 5:00 p.m.; McWilliams seconded and the motion carried. The board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for March 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
