The Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency on April 16 approved its consent calendar and adopted a revised code of ethics.
A staff member summarized consent calendar items including committee minutes for March 19 and an April 7 workshop, monthly payables totaling $8,452.22, a bank activity report showing $5,306,644.24 in all accounts and accrued interest of $12,446.83, and financial reports as of March 31. Commissioner (speaker 1) moved to approve the consent calendar and the motion passed on a roll call vote.
Later in the meeting the commission considered an updated code of ethics, which staff presented as the version recommended by the finance and policy committee and refined after an April 7 workshop. Commissioner (speaker 5) moved to approve the ethics document; another commissioner seconded and the commission approved it on roll call.
The chair thanked Commissioner Crosby for drafting the ethics document: "I'd like to thank Commissioner Crosby. He put some work into this," the chair said.
Votes were recorded on the roll call for both the consent calendar and the ethics document. During the recorded roll call the following members were called and registered "Aye": Clemonson, Fleischman, Crosby, Rodriguez, Parmentier and Coles. The meeting then proceeded to staff reports and adjournment.
