Three ordinances took effect after second-and-final readings and unanimous roll-call votes: Ordinance 14-83 (amending Chapter 47 to prorate seasonal parking-permit fees issued after Aug. 1), Ordinance 14-84 (a bond ordinance providing up to $5,850,000 for sanitary-sewer and roadway improvements), and Ordinance 14-85 (amendments to parking schedules for disabled parking, time-limited spaces and low-speed-vehicle parking).
