City administration told Euclid City Council on Nov. 17 that Target, working with Ryder Integrated Logistics, has opened a 40,000-square-foot last-mile delivery facility in the Bluestone Business Park.
Administration emphasized the facility is not a retail store but a final-sorting and last-mile delivery operation that will handle orders within roughly a 60-mile radius and is the only Target last-mile facility in Northeast Ohio. The city characterized the partnership as a pilot model for Target's broader network.
"So we're thrilled to have them here, welcome them to our business community, and congratulate Fogg on attracting this great new tenant to Bluestone Business Park," the administration representative said.
Council members and administration framed the announcement as part of ongoing business attraction efforts; no formal council action was required on the announcement.
